[ Yoga & ] A space to come home to yourself. Each class weaves together movement, breath, and energetic awareness — creating balance between the physical, emotional, and subtle layers of being. It’s a workout for life, not just the body. As you arrive, leave the day at the door. Step onto your mat, let your breath settle and allow the practice to meet you exactly where you are. Each 45-60 minute session flows intuitively with the energy of the group, offering a grounded yet fluid approach suitable for all levels. - Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins - Mats and blocks are provided - Maximum of four people per class for a calm, personal space - Easy on-site parking - Room temp comfortably warm Any questions.. just send a message.
