A space to pause, breathe and come back into balance. This class is built around breath-based Hatha yoga. Steady, intentional movement that works through the layers of body, mind and energy. Each session moves at a natural pace meeting you where you are and guiding you toward a sense of inner alignment.​ As we move through grounding postures with gentle flow, the breath becomes the link between the physical and the subtle helping release tension, clear the mind and restore energetic balance. It’s a class designed not just for the body, but for the whole being. Small in size & calm in atmosphere, [Yoga &] offers space to realign.
