Life attunement - [one hour] £50 What - Un-cover the area that is sitting stubbornly in the way of making your everyday life superb. Why settle for anything less than well balanced in all areas. This very personalised & informative session brings you to understand what level of self awareness is yet to be explored. How - You walk in take your shoes off, I scan your bodies energy centres for where you are most in need of a shift. The 60min session will then be broken down into sections blending refined holistic practices that will be discussed with you. Always working with-in [maybe just outside if needed] your body & mind & soul limits to centre in a progressive perspective of what you wish to achieve. (Holistic practices - yoga [asana, breath, meditation], tarot reading and reiki just to name a few). Where - The life attunement studio is located in Essex. It offers a neutral confidential space. The layout is modern and kept simple to keep the focus grounded.
