Service Description

Life Attunement Class - 60 Minutes A full energy session to realign body, mind & personal journey. This 60-minute class blends yoga, tarot and intuitive energy work into one seamless flow to reset your whole system. We begin by grounding through a gentle, breath-based yoga practice designed to open your energetic channels and bring awareness into the body. Each movement is guided by intention - steady, spacious and connected. Preparing you to tune in more deeply. From there we draw a tarot card to anchor your current cycle. The card acts as a mirror for where you are and what’s ready to shift. This reflection feeds back into your practice, helping you align your physical flow with emotional clarity and energetic truth. We close with a guided energy attunement. A meditative reiki-inspired sequence that balances your field and restores balance. Expect to leave feeling grounded, focused and aligned. This class offers a confidential space for personal insight and energetic recalibration. To help you get the most from your session, please take a moment to read the following: What to Bring - . A bottle of water . A notebook and pen (optional, for reflections) . Mats are provided but you can bring your own. What to Wear - Comfortable clothing to move in. Before Your Session - .
