New Yoga Classes — Finding Balance in Real Time

There’s something powerful about stepping onto your mat for the first time — or the first time in a while. It’s not about flexibility, strength, or performance. It’s about honesty. About meeting yourself, as you are, in this moment.

That’s the heart of these new classes. Not a workout. Not another thing on your list. Just a space to breathe, move and tune in.

Our countryside studio holds just four mats. It’s calm, quiet, surrounded by open fields and fresh air — a place that

feels like it’s exhaling with you. There’s easy parking right outside, no rush to arrive and time to simply be.

These new sessions are here to meet you wherever you are — whether you’re starting, rebalancing or deepening your connection with your energy.

Men’s Yoga — Strength with Stillness

This class isn’t about touching your toes. It’s about learning how to stand in your own space with ease.

Men often come to yoga thinking it’s about flexibility, but quickly discover it’s more about focus — about tuning your awareness back into the body and the breath. In this class we move through grounded Hatha-based postures that build strength, balance and awareness from the inside out.

Expect slow movement, steady breath and time to feel what’s actually happening beneath the surface. It’s yoga designed to reset your energy, build quiet confidence and leave you feeling both centred and alive.

All levels are welcome — no expectations, no comparisons, just space to learn your own rhythm.

Hatha Yoga — Energy in Motion

The foundation of all our classes begins here. Hatha yoga brings movement and breath together in a way that feels steady, energising and deeply real.

In these sessions we focus on energy flow — using breath to awaken and balance what might feel blocked or heavy. We move through standing and seated postures, gentle stretches and moments of stillness, creating a full-body experience that feels calm but quietly powerful.

Each practice finishes with rest and stillness — giving your energy time to settle, realign and land. You’ll walk out lighter, clearer and more grounded in yourself.

This isn’t about performing a pose. It’s about experiencing your energy move and learning how to work with it — in your body, in your breath, in your life.

Beginners Yoga — Simple Steps, Real Awareness

Starting yoga can feel daunting. But it doesn’t need to be. This class is designed to feel easy to join, without any pressure to “get it right.”

We begin with the basics — simple shapes, guided breathing and steady pacing. You’ll learn how to move safely, how to breathe through each pose and how to listen to what your body is really saying.

The goal is to feel more. To create space where the mind slows down and the body finds its natural rhythm again.

Even after your first class, you’ll notice it’s not about perfection — it’s about presence. This is where most people rediscover what yoga truly is: a quiet returning home.

A Studio Designed for Calm

Each class is kept intentionally small — just four people — so you get the guidance, attention and comfort to move at your own pace. The space is calm, soft and naturally lit, surrounded by the peace of the countryside.

You’ll always find time to arrive, settle and leave without feeling rushed. No waiting lists or packed rooms — just simplicity, connection and balance.

The Invitation

If you’ve been meaning to begin — or begin again — these classes are your invitation. To move. To breathe. To listen. To give yourself space to feel what’s really happening beneath all the noise.

Yoga here isn’t a performance. It’s a conversation between you and your energy. A quiet, steady reminder that balance is already within you — it just needs a little space to be felt.

Your mat is waiting. If you have any questions please send then over.
